Intellectual property
Deliverables created for a client engagement belong to the client once the project is paid in full. The studio's internal tools, templates, and methods remain the studio's.
Engagements
Every project starts with a written scope, timeline, and fixed fee. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built.
Liability
This website is provided as-is. The studio is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of free content or the Brand Engine self-audit score.
